Cancellation Policy and Fees

Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the scheduling policies of Tip’n Toe Salon. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so via your confirmation text or email at least 24 hours before your booking time. 

Tip’n Toe Salon has a strict cancellation policy to ensure that all clients receive the best possible service and to prevent disruptions to our schedule. “No-shows” leave our nail artists and aestheticians with empty appointment times, which could have been used by other guests. Therefore, guests who do not honor their appointments will be charged a 100% no show.

We reserve the right to charge a 50% fee for appointments that are canceled or modified within 24 hours of the appointment start time. Clients who are more than 15 minutes late may be charged for their service and may be refused service, as this will delay the next appointment. We will try our best to find a solution.

Verbal abuse will not be tolerated. Clients who exhibit such behavior will have their service canceled, be charged in full, and be asked to leave our salon for the well-being of our employees and customers.

If a client fails to book the correct service and it causes a delay for the next appointment, a fee may be charged for canceling the service. If you have any questions regarding our booking, please leave us a message via Facebook or our phone line, and we will call you back. 

Please carefully read the booking information, especially regarding any removal services, which can take up to 40 additional minutes. When you schedule your appointment with us online, you are agreeing to these policies.

All services are booked online and require a credit card to guarantee the booking. You will not be billed unless there is a late cancellation or no-show. Upon checkout after your service, you may opt to use another method of payment: Gift Card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash, or debit card.
